Lawrence Lewis lives in Osceola, Missouri and is a retired teacher and minister. He received an A.B. Distinction in English and Phi Betta Kappa from the University of Missouri in 1954, an English A.M. from MU in 1955 and Bexley Hall Master of Divinity in 1973.
